- "Services": Refers to the garment printing services, custom design services, or any other related services provided by Pressed to Impress.
- "Order": Denotes a request placed by the Customer for the purchase of Products or Services from Pressed to Impress.
- "Designs": Encompasses any artwork, logos, images, or designs provided by the Customer for printing on the Products.
- "Price": Signifies the amount payable by the Customer for the Products or Services as determined by Pressed to Impress.
- Please note that these definitions are intended to provide clarity and understanding within the context of this Agreement.
- Products or Services Offered
- Products: Pressed to Impress offers a wide range of high-quality garments and apparel for printing. Our selection includes t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts, and more. We strive to provide garments made from premium fabrics that ensure comfort, durability, and an excellent printing surface. Our Products are available in various sizes, styles, and colors to suit the unique preferences of our customers.
- Services: At Pressed to Impress, we specialize in garment printing services that bring your designs to life. Our skilled team utilizes state-of-the-art printing technology, including our DTF (Direct To Film) printer, to create vibrant and long-lasting prints on garments. Whether you need custom designs for personal use, promotional purposes, events, or business branding, we have the expertise and resources to fulfill your printing requirements.
- Additionally, we offer custom design services, where our talented designers can collaborate with you to create unique and eye-catching artwork tailored to your specifications. Our design team is dedicated to translating your ideas into visually appealing designs that capture the essence of your brand, event, or personal style.

- Ordering Process and Acceptance
- Ordering Process: To place an order with Pressed to Impress, simply follow these steps:
- a) Product Selection: Browse our website or catalog to select the desired Products for printing. Take note of the product details, including sizes, colors, and quantities.
- b) Artwork Submission: Prepare your artwork or design files according to our provided guidelines. Ensure that the files are in the accepted file formats and meet the specified resolution requirements.
- c) Request a Quote: Contact our customer service team or use our online contact page to provide the necessary details, including the selected Products, quantities, and any specific printing requirements.
- d) Quote and Payment: Our team will promptly review your request and provide you with a detailed quote, including the total cost, any applicable taxes, and shipping fees. Once you agree to the quote, we will provide you with payment instructions.
- e) Payment Confirmation: Make the payment for your order using the specified payment method. Once we receive the payment confirmation, we will proceed with processing your order.
- f) Production and Shipping: Our dedicated team will commence the printing process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and attention to detail. Once your order is ready for shipping.
- Acceptance: By placing an order with Pressed to Impress, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- a) Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the ordering process, including product details, quantities, and artwork files. Any errors or omissions in the provided information may affect the final outcome of your order.
- b) Artwork Approval: You affirm that you have reviewed and approved the artwork or design files submitted for printing. Pressed to Impress is not responsible for any errors, misspellings, or design flaws present in the approved artwork.
- c) Production Timeline: While we strive to meet estimated production and delivery times, unforeseen circumstances or external factors may occasionally cause delays. Pressed to Impress will communicate any changes to the timeline and make reasonable efforts to minimize any inconvenience caused.
- d) Order Modifications: Once an order is placed and confirmed, modifications or cancellations may be subject to additional fees or restrictions. Please contact our customer service team promptly if you need to make any changes to your order.
- By proceeding with the ordering process and payment, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Pricing, Payment Terms, and Taxes
- Pricing: At Pressed to Impress, we strive to offer competitive and transparent pricing for our Products and Services. The prices listed on our website or provided in our quotes are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time, but once you have placed an order and received a quote, the price will remain valid for the duration specified in the quote.
- Payment Terms: a) Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure online payment options. The specific payment methods available will be communicated to you during the ordering process.
- b) Payment Confirmation: Payment must be made in full before we begin processing your order. Once we receive the payment confirmation, we will proceed with the production of your order.
- c) Overdue Payments: In the event of any overdue or failed payments, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the order until the outstanding payment is resolved. Additional charges, including late payment fees or collection costs, may apply as per our discretion.
- Taxes: a) Goods and Services Tax (GST): All prices quoted by Pressed to Impress are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated. The current GST rate in New Zealand is 15%.
- b) Import Duties and Taxes: For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are separate from our prices and shipping fees and must be borne by you.

- Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Returns and Refunds: a) Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request evidence, such as photographs, to assess the issue. Upon verification, we will provide options for replacement, refund, or store credit, based on your preference.
- b) Non-Defective Products: Due to the customized nature of our printed Products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items. Please ensure that you review your artwork and order details carefully before submitting them to us.
- Cancellations: a) Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations requested before production has begun may be eligible for a refund or store credit, subject to our discretion. Orders that are already in production or have been shipped cannot be canceled.
- Limitation of Liability: Pressed to Impress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Products or Services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product or Service in question.
- Limitation of Warranty: We strive to provide high-quality Products and Services, but we do not warrant or guarantee their suitability for a specific purpose or their compatibility with third-party materials or equipment.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights to the artwork or designs you provide for printing. By submitting your artwork to Pressed to Impress, you grant us a non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, and distribute the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- Confidentiality and Privacy
- Confidentiality: Pressed to Impress respects the confidentiality of your personal and business information. We will not disclose or share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for order fulfillment purposes.

- Dispute Resolution
